Mr Teichman met Hsu Mo on March 26 and I met Minister

for Foreign Affairs again on March 27th with result that

agreement has been reached ad referondum to our two Govern-

ments on texts of following articles; transfer of jurisdic- tion and limitation of police jurisdiction (see my telegram No. 77), lawyers, interpretation (see my telegram No. 28),

special chambers (see my telegram No. 44), legal counsellors (see my telegram No. 79), taxation (see my telegram No. 80),

arbitration (see my telegram No. 81), rights in immovable property (see my telegram No. 82), immunity of premises (see my telegram No. 49), military requisitions and forced loans (see my telegram No. (? 83)), treatment of companies

(see my telegram No. 84), pending cases (see my telegram
